We assist our clients in the following fields: Strategy and Organisation, Restructuring, Growth, Innovation and Business Building. We consult our customers on technological issues. While conceptual work is of importance, upon our customers’ wishes we also take an integral part in the implementation. The use of interim managers who temporarily take on positions at a company has risen significantly in popularity lately, and rightly so. Deploying an interim manager makes sense when it comes to quickly building-up new business areas or new sites, to replace an important employee who has suddenly left the company or is temporarily absent due to illness, to implement a new technological feature or to rigorously cut costs and restructure part of the company. In all these situations a neutral person without a history in the company (“no skeletons in the closet”) is often the better alternative. Also, interim managers are readily available at quick notice, and there are no long-term obligations. Thus we offer our customers to temporarily join their organisations, with clearly defined tasks and goals. We get the job done – through our ability to quickly adapt to new situations, excellent personnel leadership and a disciplined and organised work approach. If you are looking for a buyer or for an acquisition target, we identify suitable companies, and assist you in the negotiation process and for due diligence work.
